The capital city of Latvia, Riga, is famous for being the most liberal city of cats in the world. 80 cat houses were built there with the help of a project called “Outdoor cat houses.” This helps poor cats to be alive in severe winter in Latvian.
These cat shelters were built by donations given to Cat Care Community. This community inspires people in areas to love stray cats and look after them by feeding them and caring about them.
4 to 5 cats can live in each house. Also, they have been made using walls and wrapped to control the weather. And it’s made up of strong frames that could last for many years.
Riga city is an excellent example to the whole world. Every animal deserves to stay warm in extremely cold weather.
